Forrest Yoga does not mean that we will go outside and hug some trees. It is named after its creatrix Ana Forrest


Ana is an incredible woman in her 60ties and  a practitioner since she is 18. She cured herself with Yoga and on this 30 year long journey she developed her own yoga style based on Hatha. 


If you like to rejuvenate every cell of your body trough breath and an intelligent sequenced yoga workout, forrest yoga is your thing. It gets you strong and centered by connecting to your core. Long pose holds and deep breathing help to detox and sweating out toxins and brings aliveness and flush oxygenate.
